1. Service Agreement

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and True Bliss Thai SPA. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Appointments must be booked in advance via phone or WhatsApp
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability
• All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation
• Peak hours and weekends may require longer advance booking
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment time
• Late cancellations (less than 4 hours) may result in a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling:

• Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Multiple rescheduling requests may require rebooking

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
• We accept cash, card payments, and digital payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Package deals and promotional offers have specific terms and expiry dates
• Refunds for services already rendered are not available

5. Health and Safety Requirements

Client Responsibilities:

• Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or medical concerns
• Arrive clean and in appropriate attire
• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Follow all spa guidelines and staff instructions
• Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients

Contraindications:

• Certain medical conditions may prevent you from receiving treatments
• Pregnant clients should consult their doctor before booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service if health concerns arise
• Intoxicated clients will not be served

6. Spa Etiquette and Conduct

• Maintain a quiet, peaceful environment for all guests
• Mobile phones should be turned off or silenced
• Inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate service termination
• Respect the privacy and comfort of other clients
• Follow all hygiene and cleanliness protocols
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited

7. Liability and Insurance

• True Bliss Thai SPA maintains appropriate liability insurance
• Clients participate in treatments at their own risk
• We are not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen on premises
• Any injuries resulting from failure to disclose health conditions are client responsibility
• Photography or recording without permission is prohibited

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential
• Treatment rooms provide complete privacy during services
• Client information is never shared without explicit consent
• Professional draping techniques ensure modesty and comfort

9. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify services based on individual needs
• Treatment duration and techniques may be adjusted for safety
• Service prices and packages may change without notice
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions

10. Complaints and Disputes

• Any concerns should be reported immediately to management
• We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly
• Formal complaints can be submitted in writing
• Disputes will be handled according to applicable laws

11. Intellectual Property

• All spa techniques, protocols, and materials are proprietary
• Photography or recording of treatments is prohibited
• Sharing of proprietary information is not permitted
• Copyright and trademark protections apply to all materials

12. Force Majeure

True Bliss Thai SPA is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, power outages, or other unforeseeable events.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
